Renomi for macOS · Last updated June 29, 2026

Renomi does not collect any data. Everything happens on your Mac, and nothing ever leaves your device.

What we collect

Nothing. Renomi has no account, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking of any kind. We do not see your files, your file names, or how you use the app.

Your files

Renomi only touches the files and folders you explicitly add to it, and only to rename them when you ask it to. All processing is done locally on your Mac. Your files are never uploaded, copied to a server, or shared with anyone.

Network access

Renomi makes no network connections at all. Incoming and outgoing network access is disabled at the system level, so the app is technically incapable of sending your information anywhere — even by accident.

What is stored on your device

The only thing Renomi remembers between launches is your chosen interface language. This preference is stored locally by macOS and never leaves your Mac.

Third parties

Renomi uses no third-party services, SDKs, or libraries that collect data. There are no advertisers and no data brokers involved.

Children

Renomi does not collect data from anyone, including children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
