GuitarSpider for macOS · Last updated July 4, 2026

GuitarSpider does not collect any data. Everything happens on your Mac, and nothing ever leaves your device.

What we collect

Nothing. GuitarSpider has no account, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking of any kind.

Microphone and your playing

GuitarSpider never uses the microphone. It plays audio (the metronome click and the demo sound) but cannot hear you: your playing stays between you and your guitar.

Your practice data

Your progress — training days, diary entries, level, checkmarks and settings — is stored locally on your Mac by macOS. It is never uploaded, synced or shared with anyone.

Network access

GuitarSpider makes no network connections at all. Network access is disabled at the system level, so the app is technically incapable of sending your information anywhere — even by accident.

Third parties

GuitarSpider uses no third-party services, SDKs, or libraries that collect data.

Children

GuitarSpider does not collect data from anyone, including children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
